Before the holidays, SafeMoon announced the release of their patent-pending security product SafeMoon Orbital Shield. First implemented into SafeMoon's wallet application, SafeMoon notes the App’s update isn't just any ordinary update stating, "This is a re-invention of cryptowallet security!"

3. Captain's Logs

SafeMoon CEO John Karony released 3 new Captain's Logs just before the new year.

SafeMoon Blockchain

In the first Captain's Log, John provides a quick update on the SafeMoon Blockchain. Explaining the scalability of using Proof of Authority as the Blockchain's Consensus mechanism, SafeMoon’s goal to invent something unique, and the importance of Orbital Shield encryption to the Blockchain’s development.

SafeMoon Exchange

In the next Captain's log, SafeMoon CEO John Karony states that the SafeMoon Centralized Exchange (CEX) build is complete and explains that legal and compliance efforts are underway.

New Feature

In the third Captain's Log, John announces the new patent pending feature: Token Monetization Innovation or TMI. TMI aims to improve transparency and transaction predictability by charging the exchange fees upfront in the native token and using smart contracts to ensure transparency in token liquidity pairings. 4. SafeMoon NFT Marketpace

Entering into the new year SafeMoon announced the SafeMoon NFT Marketplace and published the reveal video on the SafeMoon Official YouTube Channel.

5. SafeMoon Education

In light of the consensus mechanism revealed for the SafeMoon Blockchain, the SafeMoon education team published an article that explains what Proof of Authority (POA) is, what its advantages are, and provides some examples. You can view the article by clicking here.

7. SafeMoon Networking Opportunities

Some SafeMoon Networking was revealed at the beginning of December, with SafeMoon CEO John Karony sharing images captured at the 10th annual Forbes Monaco Power Woman's Summit in New York!

He revealed that SafeMoon was honored to have helped sponsor the event and shared that he had "met some amazing and inspirational people there as well."

Shortly after, Forbes Chief Editor Dustin Plantholt shared a short video clip from the event.

8. pSafeMoon Migration Program

As part of their evolution, SafeMoon announced their partnership with pNetwork had come to "its natural end," thanking pNetwork for "being an outstanding partner." And on December 19th SafeMoon granted access to their migration tool, allowing those who held pTokens before December 19th to easily migrate and consolidate their pSFM to SFMV2.
