Feed Forward
SafeMoon's Strategy Director suggests a feedforward approach to the way feedback is given. He explains,
"As part of seeking to not just hear the community more, we are also wishing to help people improve how this activity takes place. Getting this right helps everyone be heard properly. One way to do this is to switch from ‘feedback’ to ‘feed forward’. Feed forward is solution-oriented, providing clear indications on how to solve a problem without offering positive or negative criticism. When someone receives feedback, they get information about how they’re presently performing. Feedforward is the reverse exercise of feedback. It’s the process of replacing positive or negative feedback with future-oriented solutions. In simple terms, it means focusing on the future instead of the past. For example, a driving instructor could say “You didn’t do a good job of that band just now”. Or in a much more productive and supportive feed forward way they might say… “Next time you perceive a curve in the road ahead, you might consider slowing down before the curve, and accelerate when you are in the curve. Try that, and see how it feels.” See the difference? You are now more likely to get the outcome you want, and you’ve helped the other party understand how to get to that outcome for you. Lovely and constructive. Various researchers have shown that the feedback mechanism is not usually as effective as it seems. A Gallup poll found that only 26% of employees felt that feedback improves their professional performance. In contrast, the feedforward assessment provides an avenue for someone to grow and avoid repeating past mistakes. A feedforward assessment can help people learn new and effective methods to solve problems. So we invite you to consider using feed forward to share your thoughts and see how that feels. We're ready to listen if you're ready to be kind and constructive Together we can make a difference."
Feed forward assessments give insight into how a situation can be improved in the future rather than focusing on positive or negative feedback. Feedforward is not judgmental; it is empowering and eye-opening. It reinforces positive interpersonal relationships. The past is unchangeable, but the future is subject to change. Feedforward focuses on the development of a better future.

"If you've looked into cryptocurrencies or blockchain in any way, you've probably come across terms like layer one and layer two protocols. Are you curious about what these layers are and why they exist? Let's discuss blockchain layer architecture in this article.
Blockchain technology is a one-of-a-kind mix of several current technologies — cryptography, game theory and so on — with a wide range of possible applications such as cryptocurrencies. Encoding and decoding data is a mathematical and computational discipline known as cryptography. The study of the mathematical models of strategic interaction among rational decision-makers is known as game theory. Blockchain eliminates intermediaries, lowers costs and improves efficiency by bringing transparency and security.
Without the oversight of a central authority, distributed ledger technology (DLT) keeps information verified by cryptography among a group of users who agreed through a predetermined network protocol. Combining these technologies fosters trust between people or parties who would otherwise have no motive to do so. They make it possible for blockchain networks to exchange value and data between users securely.
Due to the lack of a centralized authority, blockchains must be very safe. They must also be extremely scalable to handle increasing users, transactions and other data. Layers were born out of the requirement for scalability concurrent to the preservation of top-notch security."
