Korean, Israeli Students Meet In Virtual Embassy In The Metaverse
In September of last year, the Embassy of Israel in Korea became the first to establish a virtual embassy in the metaverse. This virtual space is being utilized as a platform for language and culture exchange between Korea and Israel. Recently, students from the Korean Studies Program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Hebrew class at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies met at the virtual embassy to engage in conversation. Each student created an avatar and navigated to the E=MC2 conference room on the second floor, where they introduced themselves and gave presentations on winter activities in their respective countries. US Banks Join Hands to Launch Digital Wallet That Will Compete With PayPal & Apple Pay
