What The FUD

Why is there so much FUD?

1. The old SafeMoon team (who have left or were terminated) made several promises that no longer apply. Some of the SafeMoon community still feel that these obsolete promises/intentions should still be kept. This can create FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, & Doubt).

2. SafeMoon began as a project that attracted many holders, many of whom expected a fast return on their investment. This behavior attracts a unique category of investors. These investors expect to get rich quickly, which is typified by the unrealistic "Wen Lambo?" slogan. When secure and quality products/procedures take longer than expected, FUD will happen.

3. Past SafeMoon staff members weren't ideal for the positions and products desired, so SafeMoon's CEO, John Karony simply restructured. Significant staff change is very common in startup companies, however, some people see it as a negative event which can create more FUD.

4. SafeMoon has one of the larger communities in the Crypto world. This means there are many people inside and out of SafeMoon watching. As a result, every little thing that happens is met with many different viewpoints/criticisms/arguments. It’s basic statistics. The more people watching SafeMoon, the more FUD is likely to happen. Then there are misinformed social media people who use the large SafeMoon audience to promote self-serving clicks on their app. A recent example was a YouTube video run by a person named Coffeezilla who ran with an old story from almost a year ago to attract attention, despite not being a significant issue, and certainly not affecting the future of SafeMoon. You can anticipate that the larger we get, the more of these FUD items will appear.
