What does it take to be happy? Not much, just the right attitude. A little train of thought from me in the thread ⬇️🧵
All the information formulated here is my own research, thoughts and thinking. With this, I would like to give others an insight into my thoughts and hopefully be able to help others find a way, no matter how bad the situation is. What does happiness mean? Happiness is the feeling you have when you feel good, confident or satisfied. Happiness manifests itself in a satisfying experience. There are various approaches to achieving this state more often and even permanently.
According to researchers, the following three criteria are decisive for a lasting state of joy:
1. Pleasure (doing things you like)
2. Engagement (connecting with others and understanding their interests)
3. Meaning (knowing that what you do has value and is meaningful)
Aristotle once said: “Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence" and "Happiness depends upon ourselves.” This is to clarify that everything we do should be for the purpose of finding our bliss and striving for joy.
It should be remembered that happiness does not mean the same thing to everyone. People can experience joy through different things, but these also mean different levels of happiness. Some levels there only provide short-term moments of pleasure.
Level 1 - Laetus - Happiness through material objects This is a very short-term, selective gratification through purchase, acquisition or attainment of physical/digital objects. Relying only on this is not recommended, as the moments lose their appeal through repetition.
Level 2 - Felix - Happiness through one's own ego To be better than others and to compare oneself constantly is a kind of "false happiness" and leads up to a certain point to success to a befogging, misleading feeling, which afterwards results in frustration.
Level 3 - Beatitudo - Do something good for others and improve the world The feeling of having done something good, helping others and thus improving the world. The love received through this is genuine and leads to the purest return of long lasting joy and gratitude.
Level 4 - Sublime Beatitudo - the ultimate, perfected happiness A balance of all levels, very difficult to achieve, but the most desirable goal. To be free from hate, fear, bad thoughts and problems and to be only positive is the key to happiness.
Final words on happiness: Happiness is something that many do not know they need / seek. Therefore, it is important to temporarily examine your thoughts in order to understand what is important in life - as this works wonders.

Square Enix Bullish on Blockchain
Although a lot of the gaming industry is still quite skeptical of blockchain, companies like Ubisoft and Square Enix are bullish on incorporating new technologies! In a new year's letter from Square Enix president Yosuke Matsuda, he mentioned that the company will be investing heavily on blockchain entertainment. According to an article written by PC Gamer, the company currently has multiple blockchain games under development and will be revealing some this year.
Ukrainian Pharmacies and Crypto
Purchases can now be made with crypto in select pharmacy chains in Ukraine through Binance Pay according to Prism News, making it a first for any European pharmacies. This news comes just months after supermarket chain Varus partnered with Binance to allow the purchase of groceries with crypto. Releasing the Binance Card in Ukraine has been a top priority.
