Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

The chief of staff is commonly responsible for planning and managing all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CEO. The chief of staff will often help the CEO manage their time effectively while acting in an advisory role for important decisions about the business."
