A SafeMoon Farewell

Today on Twitter, Charles Karony, former SafeMoon VP of Operations announced his resignation to finish out his college career.

"I have made the difficult, but important decision to transition from my formal role with #SAFEMOON to return to college & complete my degree. I am extremely proud of all that SafeMoon has accomplished, & extremely grateful for the opportunity I’ve played in this unique journey…🧵

The past year is one that won't be forgotten by myself or others involved in the exponential growth and rise of SafeMoon. I will never forget this time, incredible team, the thousands (or rather millions) of amazing people who make up the force we know as the #SAFEMOONARMY...

As a continued holder and someone who is amazed at the accomplishments this company and community make, I remain committed to the bright future in store for SafeMoon...

This is not the last you will hear from me, nor, I hope, the last I will be hearing from all of you as I will continue to follow the coming news from here. I'll see you around. Because apparently, I'm quite tall."

The Official SafeMoon account in response tweeted "Please join us in wishing a beautiful #SAFEMOONARMY bon voyage and awesome good luck to our tall hero, @CharlesKarony as he moves on to complete his degree. ♥️" Along with the image below wishing Charles a formal farewell.

Serious question here @Charles first off I really appreciate everything you've done but people are raising the question on Twitter if SafeMoon is an emerging tech company and as big as they say they will be then why go to college? You have experience and have a better-paying job than what you'd get from college. What would you say to that question? Appreciate the answer

Money isn't what makes me tick, sorry. If I ever want to get a masters/phd I'll need a bachelor's finished. I'm only 23 and there's a million and one things to do in the world

Ryan Q&A Twitter Space

SafeMoon's Global Head of Products Ryan Arriaga hopped into a Twitter Space yesterday and shared all kinds of goodies with us all. A few of the really awesome things mentioned were that SafeMoon is planning a solution for those who lost their tokens during the SafeMoon V1 to V2 migration from the 100% V1 tax implementation. I couldn't be more thrilled about the decision to help those who lost their tokens. I'm honored to be a small part of the lovely group of individuals in this company whose sole desire is to do good with the utmost integrity.

📣I was a holder JUST LIKE EACH & EVERY ONE OF YOU before starting as

your Global Head of Product! If I’m DOXXED & my name is on this, then everything we do & don’t do falls on our CEO & myself. You’ll get integrity from the Product Dept!" Ryan tweeted in response to the Army expressing gratitude to the team for working on a solution to token losses incurred during migration.🙏💪💕

In addition to the above-mentioned, in a Twitter Space Ryan also stated that the trigger for Swap & Evolve is set at 250 Million SFM.

Please note that Swap & Evolve is not live and all details about the solution the team is working out for the migration losses, have not been clearly defined. Please stay tuned to Official SafeMoon Socials for further information on both the migration loss solution as well as the Swap & Evolve launch.

How did you get into SafeMoon?

I got into SafeMoon through dogecoin investment that led me into SafeMoon.

Has SafeMoon affected your life?

SafeMoon gave me hope for a better future. Each day it teaches me new things the more I learn what SafeMoon is.

Are you excited about the 1st birthday?

I am very excited

Where do you see SafeMoon going in the next year?

By next year I see SafeMoon making headlines and being talked about globally everywhere.

Do you have a fun memory with the SafeMoon Army you’d like to share?

A fun memory that I have is my first time I ever went into a space where I met Don Bailey and Zeus in the Spaces with everyone just having a great laugh about life and enjoying each other.

Anything else you would like to add to the SafeMoon Army or the team?

Just want the team and army to know I support them all and I’m proud of how far together we have come.

How did you get into SafeMoon?

My grandma was in town and said that her friend’s grandson was going into SafeMoon. Basically, my grandma got me into a new token fairly early

Has SafeMoon affected your life?

SafeMoon and its community has allowed me to interact daily with individuals from all over the world and from different economic backgrounds. This has served to help enhance my worldview.

Are you excited about the 1st birthday?

Heck ya! We’re gonna party hard and reflect on this awesome past year together!

Where do you see SafeMoon going in the next year?

Well, it’s kinda in the name isn’t it? We’re going to the freaking moon!
