Cross Chain Swap

SafeMoon Official just introduced cross-chain swap and announced the date on which it will be live! The cross-chain swap will be launching on March 23rd!

Ethereum ➡ BSC BSC ➡ Ethereum

"SFM token will be the middleware."

With the 2% for every trade, which breaks down as follows:

▶1% Reflections
▶0.5% Liquidity
▶0.5% burned

Shortly after, SafeMoon's Global Head of Products Ryan Arriaga tweeted the quote image below where he says, "Our new cross-chain ETH/BSC router is just the beginning in our mission to build bridges to other ecosystems in the cryptocurrency space.

Our goal with SafeMoon Swap is to be the most efficient, safe, and accessible swap in the galaxy!" Along with this image, he tweeted, "You ASKED, WE LISTENED! 🌉 ⛓" 🪙

On Discord, CEO John Karony stated that "BSC and ETH are just the first two chains. We will cross many more."

Community Thoughts about SafeMoon's First Birthday

Since the beginning of March, we have been showcasing some awesome community members who want to share their thoughts and experiences about this past year with SafeMoon and the SafeMoon Army.

The first person to share their story today is Discord Astronaut esslaee!! Esslaee has been an active member of the Discord community since early April and has been such as amazing asset!

Hello. I've been holding SafeMoon since March 2021. I'm unironically a March holder, and I'm excited to share my experience on SafeMoon's one year anniversary. How did you get into Safemoon? I saw a r/SafeMoon post that somehow made it to r/All. It was a price chart of what was soon dubbed "the Hardman Dip". It caught my intrigue as I just started to get into investing and cryptocurrency in the midst of the AMC hype at the time, and also BTC making its insane run in January 2021. After seeing the chart due to the Hardman Dip, I researched what this "SafeMoon" was all about. The idea of deflationary token, burn, reflections, etc. caught my attention. I'd never bought BNB before, let alone conducted a swap on a DEX like Pancake Swap, but something kept telling me to work through the hurdles and hoops to finally get my first SafeMoon. At first I intended this to be a short play; take profits, get Lambo, etc. But upon learning what Operation Pheonix was all about, there was no way I was going to leave SafeMoon. It was potentially a tangible way to help the people of The Gambia, despite being in a completely different part of the world. Came for the reflections and burn, stayed for Op Pheonix.

How has SafeMoon affected your life? I love reading charts and tracking data. I've become a regular poster in the #technical-analysis discord channel, and eventually transitioned into learning as much as I can about the decentralized exchange mechanics, and reading BSCScan TxHashes. I keep a daily record of SafeMoon data, which I share from time to time, whenever a Discord user has questions. I love helping and educating the community within my ability to do so. Also, I can't help but give a HUGE shoutout to my #PD gang (that's Price Discussion, for all of you non-Discord people out there), from which I fostered new friendships, generated the dankest of memes (#FREEBIF), and spent countless hours fighting FUD.

Are you excited about the 1st birthday?

Momo, is that even a question? Of COURSE I am.

Where do you see SafeMoon going in the next year?

I'm most excited to see SafeMoon operate its wind turbines and integrate them with NFTs. Even if it may or may not happen within 2022, I'm just as excited to see the incremental developments that the core team is pushing out.

Anything else you would like to add to the SafeMoon Army or the team?

To the SafeMoon Army: Keep fighting the good fight. There are times when the development cycle appears to not be moving. Take solace in that John and Ryan have shown to have the integrity and humility to deal with adversity, yet push the yardstick forward to serve you. They have our backs. We must have theirs also. To the core team: Thank you. This year has been an AMAZING experience to get to know the DeFi space and the people within. I know you are doing the best you can, so all I can say to that is, keep it up!

Do you have a fun memory with the SafeMoon Army you’d like to share?

#FREEBIF. If you know, you know. If you don't, then... ok let me be clear more.. last time I will explain, to me I understand it well. guy above say he do not care for "imminent" word. I tell him I do. when team make announcement I want to be excite for what they say. if I do not believe what they say then I get use to not believe what they say as a result I do not get excite for what they say which does not complete my requirement of being excited what they have to say so which I say earlier I care about what they say (Yup, it's better to just not ask haha) Thanks so much for sharing, esslaee!

How did you get into SafeMoon?

Around April last year a few co-workers and I decided we wanted we wanted to invest in a new project and we came across SafeMoon. It was my first experience with a self-custody wallet and certainly my first experience with swapping tokens.

Has SafeMoon affected your life?

Yes, I would say SafeMoon has had a positive affect on my life. Since starting my SafeMoon journey, I have met many holders that I call friends. I have educated myself greatly on the world of Decentralized Finance and Blockchain Technology simply from staying involved with the project. And on a more personal level, my journey has taught me to 'dream with open eyes.'

Are you excited about the 1st birthday?

Of course! Not only is it the one year anniversary of SafeMoon, but personally it marks the first year of the creation of my crypto portfolio. I'm also excited to see what the team has in store for us.

Where do you see SafeMoon going in the next year?

To me, the SafeMoon mission is about developing new innovative ways to use blockchain technology to connect relevant projects and teams together to positively impact the world. Given the right time and resources, I believe SafeMoon will achieve this. Within the year, I hope we see the foundation of this mission become a reality.

Anything else you would like to add to the SafeMoon Army or the team?
