Liquidity for the pSafeMoon Token has been removed, and any tokens acquired through any means after Monday, December 19th at 9AM MST (GMT-7) will not be redeemable for SafeMoon V2 tokens.
In order to assist the pSafeMoon holders in this migration, a secure and user-friendly procedure has been put in place. This process will remain live for a minimum of six months.

Binance.US Set to Acquire Voyager Digital
Previously, FTX US was the largest bidder for the firm’s assets, with an offer of $1.4 billion.
Cryptocurrency exchange Binance.US has announced plans to acquire assets from bankrupt crypto lender Voyager Digital for $1.022 billion. The deal includes the fair market value of Voyager's cryptocurrency portfolio at a future date, as well as an additional $20 million in value.
The acquisition is set to close by April 18, 2023 and is subject to a hearing by the bankruptcy court, creditor vote, and other customary closing conditions. Voyager filed for bankruptcy in July due to liquidity issues stemming from a $650 million loan default by hedge fund Three Arrows Capital. A previous deal with FTX US had offered $1.4 billion for Voyager's assets, enabling senior claims to be paid in full and allowing unsecured creditors to recover about 72% of their accounts.
“The Company’s claims against Three Arrows Capital remain with the bankruptcy estate, and any future recovery on these and other non-released claims will be distributed to the estate’s creditors. The Binance.US bid aims to return crypto to customers in kind, in accordance with court-approved disbursements and platform capabilities.”

Visa Is Exploring Options To Allow Auto Payments Via Ethereum Wallets
American FinServ multinational corporation Visa recently released a proposal outlining how Ethereum users could set up automatic payments directly from their own, self-custodial wallets. It will be eliminating banks and other centralized entities from the equation.
A team of researchers and engineers across Visa is working to evaluate the foundations of various blockchains. The focus areas include security, scalability, interoperability, privacy, and use cases of different protocols.
Visa’s Head of Central Bank Digital Currencies and Protocols, Catherine Gu, emphasized that the company is focused on growing their “core competencies in Web3 infrastructure layers and blockchain protocols driving crypto development.” Gu added,
“If one of the major use cases of blockchain is for payments, then the basic requirement is that the blockchain has to function just as good as today, if not better.”

Boris Johnson’s Brother Quits as Adviser to Binance Amid Crypto Meltdown
Boris Johnson’s brother Jo has been advising cryptocurrency business Binance as it struggles to launch its exchange in the UK, official records show.
Lord Johnson of Marylebone took up a role on the UK advisory board of one of Binance's subsidiaries in September, The Telegraph can disclose.
He resigned last week as pressure grew over the transparency of Binance's finances and amid a deepening crisis in the cryptocurrency sector.
Former universities minister Lord Johnson served as adviser to Bifinity, a payments business founded by Binance, alongside Lord Vaizey, the former digital minister, according to their Parliamentary disclosures. Lord Vaizey is also a member of Binance’s global advisory board.
